Dave TyburskiDavy J. Tyburski, President and CEO. As a professional speaker and executive coach, Davy has presented his proven strategies and techniques to many individuals, companies and organizations including the National Association of Credit Management (NACM), Master Lock, the Walt Disney Company, Medtronic, Good Year, Kellogg's and Microsoft to name a few.

Davy began his business career as a deliveryman with a publicly traded, global medical technology company where he served for over 20 years. He held several positions within the company, each position placing him in an augmented leadership capacity. Davy has "been there…done that!" His business acumen is unique because of his real-world leadership experience in operations, sales, sales administration, customer service, business credit, training, corporate communications and process excellence. He understands and emphasizes...REVENUE is important, but PROFIT is the most important!

Davy's track record of success includes many awards and accomplishments that include:

  • Awarded Outstanding Performance six times
  • Two-time member of the President’s Inner Circle and President’s Club
  • Reduced Days Sales Outstanding (DSO) 59% while revenue increased 50% during same period

Greg Jerralds, Chief Operating Officer. Greg has more than 20 years of customer service/contact center leadership experience.

Greg began his career as a mortgage banker in 1984. This eventually led to a leadership position within the company's customer service call center. Since, Greg has held various positions in management leading medium to large customer service contact centers with such organizations as BancPLUS Mortgage Corp., Citibank, Caremark Pharmaceuticals, Coventry Health Care, Checks in the Mail, and Kinetic Concepts, Incorporated (KCI).

Greg has led inbound, outbound, and Internet-based contact centers and has consulted in the contact center marketplace. His background includes workforce management, project management, performance management, process improvement, organizational development, quality assurance, site selection and technology integration.

Greg is the former President-elect of the Professional Teleservice Management Association (PTMA). Greg holds a Bachelor's of Science degree in Business Administration with a concentration in International Management. Greg also completed Executive Leadership courses at the University of Michigan – Ross School of Business.

WalkingBear began his credit career as a “repo-man” for a consumer finance company in 1968. And since 1982, when he left his position as a corporate credit manager, he has worked with companies across a wide range of industries and has authored hundreds of business articles.

A Vietnam War veteran and Pueblo Native American descendant, WalkingBear's family is originally from the Taos area of New Mexico and he now lives in Canon City, Colorado near the Arkansas River.

The Irish Credit Management Training was set up in 2002 by Declan to increase the level of Credit Management knowledge and the professional standing of Credit in Irish business. He has over 20 years of hands-on Credit experience in Credit Control and Credit Management with Unilever, Green Isle Foods and IAWS Group.

Declan is a graduate of the Institutes Education programme and a Qualified Business Coach, he received his Qualification in Training & Development from National University of Ireland in Maynooth in 2006 and has been training in all aspects of credit management for the past eight years, generating a sense of enthusiasm and urgency for all who have been through his training experience. His approach is effective without confrontation and he brings a whole new focus to Customer Service, and Profit growth.

Luis Eduardo is also the author of "Debt Collection Strategies." He is also a delegate member of ACA International (Holder of the MCE certification and Master Credit Executive).
